House hunt:
Jackie is a great agent to work with. she lined up the available homes/condos for us to view during a one-day visit in south lake tahoe. she was responsive, welcoming, on time to meet us at the first property, and prepared an organized packet of documents for us.
Escrow:
throughout escrow, she remained responsive and was easy to work with. Jackie flagged a material issue that the seller and listing agent neglected to share until the week of close. it was a highly unusual circumstance, and managing through the hairy issues was easier with Jackie helping coordinate things.
Post-close:
she swung by to say hello and dropped off some gifts, which was generous of her and the realty team. Jackie also shared some helpful tips for residency in tahoe and recommended some neighborhood spots we’ve enjoyed.
